Thoughts on Science and People

I needed to untangle everything for two reason;

1. So that I didn't continue reliving other people's lives.
2. So that I didn't pass other people's lives, nor my own, onto you.

So real quick, the point and the science.

Psychology is contextual, and the context is Sociology.

Sociology is also contextual, and the context is Anthropology.

And that's why reading The Foundation, is a good idea to do at least once – learn from Isaac directly what psychohistory is.

The way Joan treated/treats me is how her mother treated her; and it entirely makes sense!

Joan was the eldest of seven kids, so she helped raise the other six!

But also, her mother never had time for her ... and she never needed her mother to sacrifice anything for her. Albeing, Joan made the choice not to make time for me.

While the lesson from Endor's Game is ... when you know someone's weaknesses, you can't help but love them; but that's also the path to being able to destroy them ... which presents at interesting contradiction ... love is merely the acting of knowing someone so deeply as to be able to control them, while actively choosing not to ... or perhaps just the way the psychology of capitalism as manipulated us all ?

Anywho ... in this instance, that love is not a bridge, but a wall to keep hate and resentment and anger at bay; love is what allows me to let it go ... but there's also that part of me with the 'tism (autism) – in some ways ... anywho ...

I need to comprehend details, otherwise I will continue to see their effects, and to not know wherefrom they come ... and that they can present curveballs in anything I ever try to do ... such awareness is a consequence of my own upbringing.

The zaney thing is when that awareness is unfounded and yields productive/positive results.

Which also gets down to economics ... accountants have credits and debits, economists have opportunity costs.

Anywho ... to kind of conclude this topic ... my goal with you is to be available to you, and my ideal, would be, as much as you choose to go through, go through law school with you.

Weekly updates on what you're studying, etc, when are tests projects, etc ... what is the work ... what are you learning, what do you understand and what you think about it all.

The act alone will help you retain and learn the information better; as the person I am ... that was my dream to do with you.

To learn with you, and so help you learn how to learn, and help advance your learning even more ... so that you are better able to do the things that you want to do, and be the person that you want to be.

If we're being legal about things ... you're me ... fuck a legal system ... the Creator made that so ... and so the Creator gave me the job in life is to help you ... because helping you is the same as helping me.

Supporting you is the same as supporting me ... trusting you is the same as trusting me ... but in order to trust myself, I need to know myself (ergo me needing to comprehend details), and in order for you to see and experience that trust, I needed to be transparent about nearly everything.

I guess ... opportunity costs ... I spent nearly a decade ranting and raving on Al Gore's Internet ... looking like a lunatic or crazy person to many ... what's the reward ..?

I get to tell you how wonderful you are to me ... I get to tell you directly ... that makes literally EVERYTHING worth it.

Plus, you're healthy, with a good head, and an aware heart ... AND I get to ask you silly questions, and learn about you and be kept up-to-date on what's happening in your life ...

There are certain things that are worth valuing in life ... for me, the well-being of someone like you is at the very top of that list.

And to be able to live that ... by being there for you, even if only conversationally ... you are my heart reborn; and I'm so happy and thankful to be able to share moments with you ... it cost what it cost ... and now I can finally truly move on.

I am super thrilled with how things are progressing, not quickly, but in ways that ... I enjoy.

So that at the center of everything I do and build is joy, and love and gratitude; especially in this world of cutthroat commerce ...

I've got my structure down for publishing the ebooks as ePUBs and PDF's and I've gotten good feedback on the Spanish Foundations book; as well as a few other folks to send it to!

Which basically means my go-to-market strategy has legs; while I downloaded Instagram on to my phone again, but am only giving access to the La Casa Ingles (LCI), DigiSnaxx and FvckVanity accounts ... maybe eventually the Comuna.Colombia account as well.

But the LCI account is also now automated; the important thing was getting the script correct to marry the images with the audio to automatically make videos.

In this way, I am able to record audio separately and efficiently, cut it into pieces, and then automate the video creation ... making about 20 pieces of evergreen content in about as many minutes, though it would be just as easy to make about 30-40 pieces of content in that time as well.

Which, as I was talking with a guy last night ... it's all about top-of-funnel ... built that trust there, and everything else is easier.

I also figured out my angle for DigiSnaxx; as well as the sales pitch ... which isn't a pitch really, and the foundational backstop for it all is, "well if you know anyone who want to improve their English pronunciation ... here's my card, and they can follow the IG for consistent content."

The pitch is to ask them how they feel about social media ... they if they want help, the basic idea isn't new, but I've put my twist on it ... basically automating reaching out to customers with a survey, and reward ... but using all of it to build a mailing list, and the real prize, these days ... is building a community.

Which actually starts with the survey, because the survey's purpose is to initiate a conversation, the foundation of all sustainable communities.

But again, it's all fairly simple, which reduces friction overall; which appeals to me greatly ~ because I hate sales ... jajajaja

Classic developer line, "We didn't do this because it was easy, we did it because we thought it would be ..."

Though there are other aspects of science and the like which led me down this path, and I'm thankful to continue to be able to walk ...
