I'll be giving a talk this September at Twin Cities Drupal Camp entitle Diversity & Psychological Safety. This will encapsulate and abridge the Manifesting Empathy curriculum. And this is an introduction to that presentation:
And so this is about productivity, efficiency, optimization. Though we must also remind ourselves that the pursuit of "success" and excellence, can itself be an obstacle to achieving these goals.
So what do we mean, when we say "productivity"?
