I have room for two clients, and I charge on a sliding scale, $50 to $125 per hour; 40 hours per month, on retainer.
Billing 20 hours per week, maximum, allows me to be available to each of my clients all sixty hours of the nominal work week.
Unused hours are rolled over into the next month, and continue to carry over throughout the life of the relationship.
You aren't paying for hours of thought, you are paying for hours of action.
Clients receive a weekly round-up, including hours worked.
Why work with me
I'm competent, communicative, charismatic, honest, direct and transparent.
I'm a team player – I know how to play my position, am considerate of the roles others play and am considerate of the game being played.
I'm also an entrepreneur; I work from a place of aligned awareness, of the business ownership experience.
I don't rely on AI for anything; I am able to use it as a tool when necessary.
I am authentic human intelligence; focusing on improving human processes.
Once objectives, and processes, are defined, only then can technology be implemented to improve efficiency.
It's not opinion; it's basic economics, productivity margins.
