Give Us Your Events, Please

Well actually, I want you to have a website that you own, where your events are posted.

So that I can scrape your web page and collect your events.

There is philosophy behind this initiative, and the philosophy is sovereignty.

The internet has become the domain of conglomerates fighting for data points to solicit, distract and dissuade.

DreamFreely, as an entity, is a people company built around technology; and we're a people company first, we prioritize organic life.

And through DigiSnaxx, we help people connect; human-to-human through local events.

Yes, advertising is the primary mechanism for revenue; along with an eventual paid personal account, as well as API access for organizations.

Though the idea is to have an increasing, and eventual heavy majority of proceeds be reinvested back into those same communities.

That's the beauty of technology, using a little, simply and constructively, to make life more enjoyable.

It doesn't take much, and the code can be deployed as a decentralized entity.

It's the infrastructure of trusted community businesses, supporting trusted community events, all and each from their own domains, decentralized, and interoperable.

This makes for fluid messaging, the foundation of productive conversation, and so community evolution.

And that is the goal of DreamFreely, to promote and support individual and community evolution.

The first step in building this is ... to write this blog post; and the second step is to consistently publish content via the prescribed calendar.

The third step is to raise $2,000 per month, $1k for me, and $1k for Mamo Celedonio, a friend and guide, in this work; and after this goal is met, the next step will be to raise $4,000, $2k for Mamo, $2k for myself.

Then we will be set to do our work from a place of deep comfort and support; to continue doing our work.

My work is to maintain DigiSnaxx, and support the creation of Rebel Coding through AppDeveloperOne and another forthcoming entity.

All of our code is open-source, though housed on our own servers, not initially connected to the larger corporate repositories; this is the place from which we start, growth will not permit us to remain, and so we won't.

As well, through idioki, my work is to help other learn and improve their English speaking abilities; while lastly, my work is to host TheHappyManHour Monday thru Thursday, for men 18 to 72 who want to keep growing in their own lives.

The Happy Man Hour is built off of the ideas presented by Manifesting Empathy, a framework for self-actualization. A way to see ourselves more clearly, and so grow more efficiently.

Because being happy doesn't mean being delusional, nor naive; but to be aware, capable and so content.

And we are all capable, that's why parts of the world work so hard to make us feel incapable ... because truly we are ... you don't put chains on someone who makes you feel safe.

Mamo and I are looking for land to purchase, and on which to put a productive farm; and for myself a small studio and living space, with bed and kitchen, from which I can work.

It will also serve as a retreat space for Mamo and his family to do their work, and help others.

Transparency is important for both Mamo and myself; it is at the core of everything.

And so are finances, along with our technology stack, processes, and as much else as possible; in this way, all that we are and do can be content from which others can learn, and hopefully grow more efficiently.

Growing and processing food sustainably.
