ExoCTO is a service for small businesses needing technical guidance and support, I help teams optimize tech and marketing for efficiency and accuracy.

I've combined this with a marketing/community/culture/diversity aspect, because technology is often seen as a primary mechanism for outreach and audience building, which requires competency in the aforementioned areas.

I provide support on retainer, and the idea is as follows:

(1) You tell me what you want to do; (2) we discuss how it can be done.

(3) I present a variety of plans; (4) you pick the plan you prefer.

(5) We establish what I'll need from you to accomplish the work.

We connect once or twice per month, or week, to review.

My job is to help you find/build the most efficient technological processes/solutions possible, to help you do what you love to do with greater freedom and confidence.

My personal stack is PostgreSQL, Django/Python, and VueJS; with Ghost providing my blog.

I've also worked with Drupal/WordPress/PHP, and Ruby on Rails.

You pay me for strategic thinking and tangible action; and that's what I provide.

Along with consistent, and considerate, communication.

A concrete breakdown of the retainer options are as follows:

Exo CTO I: For those wanting access to monthly support for updates and maintenance (limit 40).

Exo CTO II: For those with projects, or aspirations for growth, or exploring as much; we'll connect at least once per month, for at least 60 minutes to discuss project progress (limit 8).

Exo CTO / CDO I: For those with larger projects on the table, we will connect weekly and meet often enough to keep the work advancing (limit 8).

Exo CTO / CDO II: We will meet weekly, (limit 1).

Exo CTO / CDO III: We will meet weekly, (limit 1).
